my answers are complete. I will also be able to provide who said these lines and what the dialogue was before and after each phrase.

Wow, it's almost like we have the same DNA! Though of course, we don't.

24 hours? You could give me a month and I still wouldn't have a clue! ha ha

Isn't this verbatim, the text of a post you made when you first started this blog?

(Also, because it must be said: Dork.)

nah, Irene, only 3 or 4 of the lines are from his similarly titled July 2007 post. so, at least I can answer those!

Nope. Sorry! Obviously, anonymous has not seen either movie. Needless to say, the game is still open, plenty of time for Mary to respond.

A) Thank you for allowing me ample time to formulate my responses.

B) Sadly, however, that is still not enough time because I will only choose to watch Dune or Dark Crystal when pigs fly.

C) Big, big dork.

For those of you keeping score, that round went to Luke. But in fairness, the smell coming from his butt make Noah cry uncle.

You weren't there any of the times we watched Dune in 3A, Mary? 'Cause we watched that a lot!

DorothyMantooth said...

Also, #12 is from Dune?
When?

Boywonderesq said...

#12 is from the end, when Sting and Kyle Macglaughlin are fighting, and Sting refers to the girlfriend. Duh!

Well, it looks like I'm a big dork too. I knew all but 1 of the Dune references, and now I NEED to watch the movie again. I just added Dune to my Netflix queue. Unfortunately, I share my netflix account with my wife, who will take it off within minutes (seconds?) of reading this post. While it was difficult to escape the blackhole of 3A, Mary was able to make an exception for Dune.

I don't recall watching Dune at 3A. Then again, I don't remember much of anything that happened at 3A. Except for VR Missions. That was awesome. I also remember going to Staten Island, but I think that was part of the problem.

What were VR missions?

and I think Dune/Dark Crystal viewings were the only time I left 3A.

DorothyMantooth said...

I'm pretty sure we never watched Dark Crystal at 3A. But I know for a fact that the first time I ever saw Dune was at 3A.

And I'm relatively certain there were other times, but, yeah, Codename: Staten Island makes it difficult to recall with any accuracy...

Also, when is The Most Important Blog In The Country going to weigh in on The Most Incredible Speech Ever Given By A Politician? I demand satisfaction!

Irene, that's for tonight, for sure!! he was incredible! (Obama not my husband, not that my husband isn't incredible, but you know...) =)

I am going to post a comment about Obama's speech later, but just needed to get this out there - all that talk about the adventure in Staten Island got me wondering whatever happened to our friend Steven:

He's living the dream. No one else might share this particular dream, but he's living it.

Ha!! I guess being on his own gets him that much closer to Magnetti's (may he RIP) prediction of his being disbarred!
