It looks like we're approaching the halfway point. Demolition on the bathroom and kitchen appears to be complete and it's time to start building the finished product. What does this mean?? Absolutely nothing! Here's the bathroom and kitchen, what they were and what they are. What they will be, only Nilda knows:

the most impressive thing so far was the removal of the door/door frame between the kitchen & foyer - it has given us a whole half a foot larger entryway - makes the kitchen look SO BIG!
No! I will never tire of renovation posts! More! More!!
Also, it never ceases to amaze me how, counterintuitively, a space seems so much smaller when it's all gutted like that. Have you found that at all?
I thought that for the bathroom because you can stand in the middle and touch both walls, but not for the kitchen, especially with the new entryway, which lets you see the entire room.
